COHOES, N.Y. -- Roads are back open following Thursday's massive fire at Shelter Enterprises in Cohoes.

The Cohoes-Waterford Bridge and 787 from Ontario Street to New Courtland Street were closed after the fire broke out early Thursday at the plant on Saratoga Street.

Demolition crews are knocking down about one-third of the building which has been deemed unsafe.

Cohoes Mayor John McDonald said a water advisory remains in effect as water pressure is expected to be low and is discolored.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
