ALBANY, N.Y. -- Saint Sophia's Greek Orthodox Church in Albany shared their culture with the community this weekend. On Saturday, people came out to sample the different parts of the Greek culture, and a lot of Greek food at the Souvlaki Festival.

Admission to the festival was free, but raffles and other donations were collected to support the church. This is the fourth year the church has hosted the festival.

"This is important because it does two things. First of all, it raises money for the church, but secondly, it gets the kids and parents interacting in rasing money. It's a community experience," explained Father Patric Legato, Saint Sophia's Greek Orthodox Church.

Those who attended also had a chance to win a Greek feast for 8 people, prepared by the festival's chefs.
