Four more arrested for serving alcohol to minors at house parties
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany police bust four more people who are accused of hosting large house parties and serving alcohol to minors.
Charles Zajac, 21, and Jeff Acosta, 21, were arrested early Saturday morning after officers responded to a call for a loud party on Hudson Avenue. Both are charged with unlawfully dealing with a minor. They were also ticketed for a noise violation.
Early Sunday morning, officers responded to another large house party on Morris Street. Hosts Nicholas Panucci, 20, and Matthew Flaherty, 19, were also charged with unlawfully dealing with a minor.
All four were arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court.
Since Aug. 20, Albany police have arrested 24 people for hosting house parties where alcohol was served to minors.
