SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- A Saratoga Springs police car was hit on Route 9 South and now officers say charges are pending against the passenger of the other involved vehicle.

According to police, the passenger of the vehicle, Aurelio Bidinost, 45, grabbed the steering wheel, deliberately steering the driver of the car into an oncoming police car.

Bidinost has been charged with reckless endangerment. Police say no one was hurt in the crash.
