GUILDERLAND, N.Y. -- A man headed to a DWI Victim Impact panel in Guilderland was arrested for DWI. Guilderland police say just before 7 p.m. Tuesday, Bruce Degroff Jr., 51, of Westerlo, was driving his car in the Town Hall parking lot.

Officers say he was going to a court mandated panel by Albany County Stop DWI. When they stopped him, officers say he was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. Police say he had a blood alcohol content of .11 percent.

Degroff was charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and violation of a conditional license.
