ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany police have charged three men they say were involved in the death of Alex Duncan.

Earlier this month, Duncan was shot and killed on Ontario Street. The night of the murder, police arrested Bernard White. He was charged with murder and robbery.

Now this week, Albany police have arrested Antwan Uptegrow, Uquawn Bean and Shaquan Oliver. They have all been charged with murder and robbery. Bean also faces a parole violation charge.

Police say they saw Oliver in a car Tuesday. They say they tried to pull the car over, but the driver, Santoneio Miller, refused.

During the chase, police say a loaded gun was thrown from the car. They say the car pulled over and Oliver ran off, but was taken into custody a short time later. In addition to robbery and murder, he has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

Miller has also been charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
