TROY, N.Y. -- It's an annual holiday tradition and today, we're expecting to find out what's in store for the 65th annual Troy Turkey Trot. This year's 65th run takes place on Thanksgiving Day, November 22nd.

Mayor Lou Rosamilia will announce changes to this year's event this afternoon. The event will feature a 5K and 10K run as well as a Turkey Walk.

Nearly 7,000 people took part in last year's Turkey Trot.
