SLINGERLANDS, N.Y. -- ShopRite continues to expand its footprint in the area with the opening of a new store in Slingerlands. The new 65,000 square-foot store located in the Vista Technology Campus off of Route 85.

As part of their kickoff event, the supermarket chain donated $10,000 to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. The store will feature many local brands, and have live cooking demonstrations. They will also offer prepared foods and a grocery delivery service.

ShopRite has partnered with CDTA to offer a shared park and ride lot for commuters, as well as offer free bus services for its employees.
