ALBANY, N.Y. -- Police arrested three people they say hosted a large underage drinking party on Benson Street in Albany.
Police say when they arrived early Sunday morning, they found 250 people both inside and outside of the house drinking and playing loud music. They say Kevin Harris, 19, threw a full can of beer at officers, hitting the windshield of a nearby car. Harris was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and menacing.
Lukas Sikkema, 22, was also arrested after police say he got a group of people to stand in the road and block traffic. Sikkema was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Police say the host of the party, Dustin Stout, 20, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a minor and was ticketed for unnecessary and unusual noise under the general city ordinance.
