EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. -- An East Greenbush Econo Lodge owner is accused of groping one of his guests.

Police say Arun Patel, 49, visited the victim’s room to tell her she had rented a non-smoking room. The victim complained Patel was then loud, drunk, and grabbed the 21-year-old woman.

He is charged with forcible touching and sex abuse and will appear in town court later this month.
