CROWN POINT, N.Y. -- A new commemorative book looking back at the history of the original Lake Champlain Bridge is now available.

The book is called "Spanning the Decades: The Lake Champlain Bridge Story." It tells the story of the bridge that connects Crown Point and Addison, Vermont, through pictures, paintings, and memorabilia.

The book is free, and there is a limited number available at the Crown Point State Historic Site and the Lake Champlain visitors centers in Crown Point.
