ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man has been found guilty on four counts of rape and two counts of attempted criminal sexual act.

The Albany County District Attorney's office says Viverth Peart, 56, engaged in acts of sexual conduct with a minor. They say the acts took place at a residence in Albany between 2008 and 2011.

Peart faces 50 years in state prison and will be sentenced November 1st.
