ALBANY, N.Y. -- Halloween is just over three weeks away and the city of Albany is getting into the holiday spirit once again. The popular annual Capitol Hauntings tours begin today.

The free tour takes visitors through the state capitol to explore the legends, folklore and ghost stories about the building's past.

Tours will take place weekdays through November 2nd.
