SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- A man accused in a deadly shooting is scheduled to be in court today. Terell Bethea, 28, is charged with second-degree murder.
Police say he shot Charles Bowman, 43, several times Friday in front of a home on Schenectady Street. Bowman died after surgery, Friday night.
Bethea turned himself in shortly after the shooting. He's also charged with criminal possession of a weapon and stolen property. He was sent to the county jail without bail.
