SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- A Schenectady man is under arrest after a drug raid Tuesday morning. Following an investigation between the Capital District DEA Task Force and members of the Schenectady Police Department's Special Investigation Unit, a search warrant was executed on Van Vranken Avenue.

They arrested Israel Torres, 47, and charged him with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance. They say a small amount of drugs and cash was also recovered.

They say additional charges are pending.
