Early morning earthquake shakes the Montreal area
MONTREAL -- A small earthquake shook the Montreal area Wednesday around 12:20 a.m. The earthquake was centered near Montreal, but people from different parts of the region, including New York and Vermont, reported feeling the quake.
The U.S. Geological Survey reported the quake as a 3.9 magnitude. However, the Natural Resources Canada reports the quake as having a magnitude of 4.5.
There are no reports of any damage.
