ALBANY, N.Y. -- The first puck will drop for the 2012-2013 season on Saturday afternoon for the Albany Devils.

The Devils are scheduled to take on the Manchester Monarchs, the AHL affiliate of the L.A. Kings. In a way, fans are in for a Stanley Cup rematch. Back in June, the L.A. Kings beat out the New Jersey Devils for Lord Stanley's Cup.

Now since the NHL is in a lockout, it might be the only pro hockey fans will get for awhile. Thanks to that lockout the Devils feel they have a stacked roster with some guys with NHL experience.
