UAlbany Fountain Day gets out of hand
The fountains are on once again at UAlbany.
The annual Fountain Day is the unofficial start of spring on the campus. College students were out in summer clothes, enjoying the weather and splashing around in the fountains.
But this year, some kids wound up injured and needed medical care. Spokespeople for the university said the injuries were due to slipping and falling, and some needed medical attention. None of the injuries reported were life-threatening.
