SCHAGHTICOKE, N.Y. -- Fire crews responded early Sunday morning to a fire at a hay barn Schaghticoke.

Firefighters had to bring in tanks of water to fight the fire since there's no hydrant system in the area. They said the barn was full of farm equipment and machinery that ignited.

One firefighter was taken to the hospital for observation.

There were no other injuries and no animals were hurt.
