SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- State Police have arrested two men following a two month long investigation into an illegal poker game.

Police say illegal poker games were being held on Monday and Thursday nights in Saratoga Springs. Police executed a search warrant and found $3,000 in cash, poker chips, poker tables and playing cards.

Joseph McTiernan and Arthur Wexler Jr. have both been charged with promoting gambling.
