Teen arrested on grand larceny charges
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Detectives have arrested an Albany teen they say has ties to four burglaries throughout the city.
Police say last Friday afternoon, a man flagged down an officer in Albany saying his cell phone was stolen. After giving a description to police, Claich Moukassa, 17, was arrested and charged with grand larceny.
Police say Moukassa also has ties to four burglaries, where he stole laptops, jewelry and a scooter.
He is being held at the Albany County Jail.
