Albany man charged with assault for S. Pearl St. stabbing
ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man was arrested for the stabbing of a man on South Pearl Street last month.
Albany police said Winston Wolfe, 35, is charged with first-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He is accused of stabbing Joseph David, 22, in the stomach during an altercation on September 24.
David was taken to Albany Medical Center where he underwent several surgeries.
Wolfe was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court.
