TROY, N.Y. -- There are 16 people who are homeless after a fire broke out in one house, and spread to a second house in Troy. It started around 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday on the 400th block of Sixth Avenue.
Both of the houses are now destroyed, but the fire chief said they can be rehabbed. The fire is not being considered arson. The Red Cross is now helping the victims.
