Schenectady man arrested in stabbing
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Police in Saratoga Springs arrested a Schenectady man that they said stabbed a 24-year-old in September. Michael Bies, 26, is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Officers said the fight began inside the bar, and later spilled out onto the street after employees kicked out the people involved. The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Bies is in Saratoga County Jail on $10,000 cash bail. He will be back in court next week.
