BETHLEHEM, N.Y. -- A pair from Rensselaer County are arrested after Bethlehem Police said they took part in a number of burglaries across two counties. Police said they caught Aaron Shoemaker, 29, and Lindsey Rich, 28, after they broke into a house in Selkirk and ran away when the homeowner confronted them.

Shoemaker and Rich are facing burglary charges. They are being held at the Albany County Correctional Jail. Bethlehem Police said they are also responsible for a number of other burglaries in Albany and Rensselaer Counties.
