TROY, N.Y. -- Troy police are investigating a shooting on 4th Street.

Police said a man was shot in the arm around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. After the shooting, the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle.

The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center. His injuries are not considered to be life threatening.
