SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Police arrested a Saratoga Springs man they say attacked and robbed a cab driver at gun point in the area of the Westside Recreation Field.

Police say they received a 911 call around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. Following an investigation, police arrested Johntay Jones, 24, around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Jones was charged with robbery. He is being held at Saratoga County Jail without bail.
