The cruelty of bullying can have a lifelong impact on children. Many parents and school leaders are encouraging kids to be nicer and respect one another through programs and anti-bullying initiatives. One man took his personal experience and made it into a documentary about the effects of bullying. He's speaking in Albany tonight.
