Keeping kids safe from online predators is something every parent wants to stay informed about. Tonight, an annual Halloween Masquerade Ball supports the men and women who work to catch online predators, and keep kids safe. John Kelly is the community educator for the local office of the national Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
