STATEWIDE -- Officials will be lowering more water levels on Sunday along the Erie Canal. Officials said Lock 8 in Scotia to Lock 16 in St. Johnsville will be lowered to winter levels.

This means any boats that are still in the water will be grounded. The Canal Corporation asks anyone with a vessel still in the water to please remove them immediately.
