SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- We're expecting to learn details today regarding the budget proposal for Saratoga County for 2013. There's no word if next year's budget calls for a property tax increase.

The 2012 budget included the first property tax increase in 10 years.

As part of this year's budget, Saratoga County pays Blue Shield for administrative services only and pays out actual claims from a trust fund. That move was predicted to save the county about $1.4 million this year.

This year's budget restored partial funding to SPAC, the county fair and the Brookside Museum, which is the home of the county historical society.
