LATHAM, N.Y. -- If you have any leftover candy after trick-or-treating, you can sell your candy while also benefiting a Capital Region charity.
Patients of several Albany, Delmar, and Latham dentists can bring their candy in for cash. People who take part in the program today will earn $2 per pound of candy surrendered up to 20 pounds.
If you're a patient of one of these dentists, just bring your candy in to one of the locations from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The dentists will then match the amount collected and donate it to Stride Wounded Warrior. The organization benefits children with disabilities.
