BRUNSWICK, N.Y. -- A Troy man has been accused of raping a 14-year-old girl. State police in Brunswick say Brian Scott Messer, 52, repeatedly engaged in sexual contact with the girl. They say Messer also sent sexual material to the girl on the computer.

Messer is charged with rape, criminal sexual act, disseminating indecent material to a minor and endangering the welfare of a child.

Anyone with information on this case or on any other potential victims is asked to call police.
