Orange and Rockland still working to restore power

HUDSON VALLEY -- Orange and Rockland says it'll be another week, if not longer, before most customers in Orange and Sullivan Counties get their power back. According to the utility company, the storm devastated transmissions and substations.
Officials stress that utility crews are working around the clock to restore service.
This morning, more than 40,000 customers are without power in the area. The breakdown is 39,000 in Orange County and 5,500 in Sullivan County.
