HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. -- Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced full service will resume this Saturday on MTA's Upper Hudson line from Croton-Harmon to Poughkeepsie.
This completes restoration of all main lines east of the Hudson.
Off-peak fares, as well as a regular weekend train schedule, are in effect all weekend.
