ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man who admitted to shooting and killing another man last year has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.
Maleek Johnson, 20, pleaded guilty to manslaughter earlier this year. Police say Johnson shot a 28-year-old man back in July 2011 while the victim was driving.
The District Attorney's office says DNA evidence linked Johnson to the gun.
