QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- A Queensbury teen is facing felony burglary charges after deputies said she broke into a home and stole a phone. Warren County Sheriff's deputies arrested Cassidy Leroux, 16.

Deputies were called to a home on Mockingbird Lane around 11:15 p.m. on Saturday. The victim was sleeping and woke up because they heard someone walking around their bedroom. The victim chased Leroux out of the house, but deputies were able to locate her nearby.

They found a cell phone that belonged to someone in the home. According to the sheriff's department, the front door was unlocked and Leroux just walked in.
