HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- Services will be held on Tuesday for the Hyde Park teenager who was killed in a car crash on Friday. Claudio Coppola, 16, died after his pickup truck rolled over on Crum Elbow Road in Hyde Park around 8:00 p.m. on Friday.

A 16-year-old passenger who was also in the car, is in stable condition. The cause of the crash is still under investigation, but police said drugs or alcohol don't appear to be factors. Coppola was a junior at F.D. Roosevelt High School, and was very involved in school activities and athletics.

Counselors, school psychologists, and social workers will be available in the library throughout the day on Tuesday. Calling hours will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Regina Coeli Church on Route 9 in Hyde Park. The funeral is scheduled for Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
