ALBANY, N.Y. -- A man has been sentenced to seven years in state prison for his role in two Albany burglaries.

Back in September, Brandon Jimenez pleaded guilty to two counts of second degree attempted burglary. The charges stemmed from two burglaries back in June.

During one of the incidents, Jimenez admitted to urinating on a dog. His co-defendant, Kayann Marrow, is scheduled to be sentenced on December 19th.
