ALBANY, N.Y. -- The Annual Equinox Thanksgiving dinner could still use ham, store-bought pies and cranberry sauce if you'd like to donate.
As for the turkey and vegetables, the food prep is already well-underway. 650 turkeys have already been cooked with 200 more expected on Tuesday. The annual community dinner is a long-standing tradition.
Meanwhile, turkey carcasses are being used for "Project Soup," which provides meals the week after Thanksgiving.
