ALBANY, N.Y. -- A 57-year-old man is in critical condition after being hit by a pickup truck in Albany. It happened Wednesday morning near the intersection of Broadway and Erie.

Albany police say the driver is cooperating with police.

No one has been charged as the investigation continues.
