ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Another Thanksgiving tradition is in the books and the Middies have claimed the 134th Erie Bell.
The coveted bell trophy is the prize of one of the most heated rivalries in the region between Middletown and Port Jervis.
The tradition began on Thanksgiving back in 1897.
It's named the Erie Bell after the railroad that used to connect the two cities.
The Middies beat Port Jerivs by a score of 30 to zero.
