DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- More small businesses, like these ones in Dutchess County, are also enjoying a day that's all about them.
In support of Small Business Saturday, the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce is celebrating its "Think Local First" campaign.
The chamber kicked off the campaign earlier this week with a breakfast to honor small business owners. The chamber is also holding a raffle with several giveaways, including $5,000 worth of American Express gift cards.
Small Business Saturday was started in 2010 by American Express in an effort to create more customers for small businesses and to boost local economies.
