FORT ANN, N.Y. -- A traffic alert in Washington County, as crews begin work at the site of last month's rock slide.

Traffic on Route 4 in Fort Ann will be reduced to one lane between Kelsey Pond Lane and Route 22. Workers are removing rocks from the slope and there may be temporary closures of both lanes while that's being done.

The rock slide sent 2,000 tons of rock onto the road back in October. The traffic will be reduced to one lane for the next four to eight weeks.
