DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Poughkeepsie man has been sentenced to prison for his role in a deadly home invasion in the Town of LaGrange.

The Dutchess County District Attorney's office says Evan Davis, 20, will serve three-and-a-half years in state prison and three years on probation.

Davis was one of five suspects who broke into a home in May.

One of the suspects, Abdelle St. Ange, confronted one of the officers with a sawed off shot gun. He was shot and killed at the home.

The other three suspects, Kevin Madison, Dwayne White and Alphonso Brown, are all scheduled to be in court this month.
