SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Clifton Park man who pleaded guilty to several charges, including sexual abuse, has been sentenced to more than 20 years in state prison.
According to the Saratoga County District Attorney's Office, Eric Loeser sexually assaulted three young boys.
Beyond the prison time, Loeser will also serve 20 more years of post release supervision and have to register as a sex offender.
"It is really about delivering to these three young boys what the justice system needed to do and that was, to make sure these defendants went away for a long time and these boys are protected," Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy said.
A co-defendant in the case, Timothy Kaye, was sentenced back in October.
The DA's office says in the summer of 2011, they both kidnapped a 15-year-old boy from the Parsons Child and Family Center in Albany and sexually assaulted him.
