SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Ballston Spa police are investigating a death at a Saratoga County nursing home this weekend.

Police say an elderly man fell out of a second floor window and was found on the grounds of Maplewood Manor around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

The man was taken to Saratoga Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. There is no word yet on the man's identity.
