SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An autopsy on the elderly man who fell out of a second floor window at a Saratoga County nursing home shows he died of a heart attack. But police say the official written autopsy report and toxicology results are still pending.

Carlton Decker, 85, was found on the Maplewood Manor grounds around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Decker was transported to Saratoga Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police say they are continuing to investigate the incident.
