SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Parts of the Capital Region are going all out Monday night to celebrate the New Year. Saratoga Springs is holding its 17th annual First Night celebration.

This year, people will be dazzled with a series of laser shows at the Saratoga City Center. There will also be a music fest called First Fest, as well as a Pirate Circus for kids.

The annual tradition is the only First Night celebrated in the Capital Region. Tickets can be purchased for $15 from Saratoga Arts.
