ALBANY, N.Y. -- A 20-year-old man was sent to the hospital following a shooting on New Year's Day. Albany police say it happened on Sherman Street around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Several suspects were taken in for questioning, but right now, no arrests.
